Office Reopens Thursday, May 7th, 2020
We are happy to announce that we have been given the green light by the Manitoba government to open our doors. We will be navigating new protocols set out by the government and our association and we appreciate your patience.
Our priority is the SAFETY of our patients, staff, and doctors. Our ‘new normal’ will look different than what it once was and so will we! We will be using protective equipment such as masks, shields, gloves, scrubs, and plexiglass barriers and require that you wear a mask into the office too. Please be patient with us because we will need more time to clean and sanitize our instruments, equipment, exam rooms, and offices between patients.
We will also be reducing the number of appointments per day and people in office shopping for glasses, picking up frames or contact lenses, and for frame adjustments.
Please call our office to reschedule your appointment if you answer yes to any of the following: 1) You are experiencing any signs or symptoms of illness, even mild ones, such as coughing, sneezing, sore throat, or fever, or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 14 days. 2) You have travelled outside Manitoba in the last 14 days.
This all ensures that we are adhering to safety protocols, and keeping everyone safe! If you have any questions, please give us a call.
Thank you for all of your support and patience through this time. We appreciate your loyalty to us and hope to see you soon! Be well❤️
Sincerely, Drs. Bruce Rosner, Elisa Fiorentino, Alissa Boroditsky, Steve Malo and our wonderful staff
